Anna Paulette Mabry Boggs Young, age 65, of H Blankenbeckler Road, Olive Hill, passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
Born Sept. 1, 1951, in Elliott County, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Thelma Sue Garris Mabry. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Robert Earl Boggs; one daughter, Susan Marie Boggs; one brother, Earsel Dee Mabry; and one sister, Sandra Renee Jarvis.
She is survived by three sons, Earsel Ray Boggs (Joyce) and David Lee Boggs (Samantha), all of Elliott County, and Willie Jason Boggs (Loretta) of Carter County. After the death of her daughter, she also raised her three children.
Other survivors include 11 grandchildren, Jolene, Travis, Davy, Zachary, Crystal, Jacob, William, and Lilyanna Boggs and Jerry (Breanna), Chelsea and Danielle Easterling; three great-grandchildren, Ronin, Ryan, and Aubrianna; one sister, Claudette Eden (Dennis) of Carter County; extended family and friends.
Anna was a homemaker and a former employee of Cowden Mfg. in Olive Hill. She loved her family and spending time with them, especially the grandchildren. She was a member of the Beartown Church of God.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Elijah Waggoner officiating. Burial will follow in the Beartown Cemetery in Elliott County.
Visitation is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
