Donna Jean Riddle Wallace, age 82, of Morehead, passed away Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, at her son's residence.
She was born July 14, 1934, in Rowan County, a daughter of the late Robert and Alice Foster Riddle. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford Bowman and Ernest Riddle, and nine sisters, Ocie Brown, Flora Perkins, Nora Pierce, Gracie Bowman, Leona Jennings, Irene Tackett, Zelma Perkins, Edith Goodman, and Thelma Young.
Her husband, Joseph Alvin Wallace, passed away Feb. 26, 2006.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Brenda Winkleman Wallace of Morehead; one grandson, T. J. Wallace, and fiancée Katie Conn of Morehead; several nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends.
Donna retired after 37 years of service as a seamstress at Cowden Manufacturing in Morehead and was a 62-year member of Slab Camp Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved spending time with her grandson.
Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Carlos Bowman and Brother Herbie Lewis officiating. Burial was in the Ditney Cemetery.

Visitation was after 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
