Esther White Lowe, 90, of Logan, West Virginia formerly of Morehead, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017 in the Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, West Virginia.
She was born on March 10, 1926 in Greencastle, Indiana, a daughter of the late Willie and Nora Pelfry White.
Mrs. Lowe had worked at Cowden Manufacturing and was a member of the Monahill Memorial Freewill Baptist Church.
She enjoyed connecting with friends and family on Facebook, meeting new people and talking with her friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, George Allen Fultz, who passed away Jan. 1958, her second husband, Joseph Lowe, who passed away Oct. 1993, one brother, Elmer White and two sisters, Edna Conn and Eulene Coldiron.
Survivors include one daughter, Patsy Fultz Duvall (Garry) of Wake Forest, North Carolina, one son, Kenneth Fultz (Judy) of South Amherst, Ohio, four grandchildren, Rebecca Johnson (Marty), David Duvall (Danielle), Cindy Bales (Dean) and Tracy Cruz (Reynolds) and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead.
Burial will follow in the White Family Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Visitation is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
