Mrs. Lida Mae Branham Vice, 84, of Richmond, loved wife and mother, finished her earthly race and is now with her Lord in her heavenly home, on Friday, Jan. 27, 2017.
Mrs. Vice was born on Sept. 30, 1932, in Fleming County, to the late Belva and Nellie Egan Branham. She was a proud grandmother and great grandmother, was also an artist and a seamstress. She was a member of the Unity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rolla Eugene Vice.
She is survived by: two sons, Stephen Vice, Louisville, and Timothy Vice (Connie), Richmond; three daughters, Anita McKenzie (Pat), Amelia Island, FL, Alicia Snyder (Paul), Chattanooga, TN, and Joanie Allie (Paul), Goldsboro, NC; one sister, Janie Branham, Hammond, LA; thirteen grandchildren, Gianna Vice, Erin Baldwin (Josh), Brady McKenzie, Jessica Snyder Hutton (Dave), David Snyder (Charity), Stephen Snyder (Hannah), Erica DeBin (Jake), Grant Allie, Gretchen Allie, Gabe Allie, Claire Vice, Sarah Vice, and Isaiah Vice; and eight great-grandchildren, Bronson Eugene Baldwin, Hayden Hendricks, Bodhi Hendricks, Zoe Hendricks, Wolf Snyder, Behr Snyder, Eland Snyder, and Jonah DeBin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, at Hutton Funeral Home, in Hillsboro, with Elder Timothy Vice officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Mrs. Vice's grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, at the Hutton Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
