Linda Charlene Forman, 59, of Clearfield, passed away Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016 in the Life Care Center in Morehead after a brief illness.
She was born on Jan. 5, 1957 in Morehead, a daughter of Liddie Mae Ramey Forman and the late Paul Forman.
Linda was a former waitress, cook and private caregiver. She enjoyed Bluegrass music, reading, cooking and watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rhodena Masys and two brothers-in-law, Dennis Miller and Rusty Spencer.
Survivors include her mother Liddie Mae Ramey Forman of Morehead, her lifetime companion, Randy Moore of Clearfield, three brothers, Denver (Diana) Forman of Morehead, James Michael (Sharon) Forman of Bevinsville, and Randall Martin Forman of Morehead, four sisters, Anna Mae Miller of Butler, Indiana, Claudette (Ahmad) Asgharzadeh of Tehran, Iran, Kimberly Spencer of Morehead and April Forman of Midway, and several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Robert Kidd officiating.
Burial will follow in the Forman Cemetery.
Visitation is after 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
