Richard Ronnie Little, age 69, of Wallingford, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.
Born May 8, 1948, in Fleming County, he was the son of the late Richard and Violet Roberts Little. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Judy Davis.
Ronnie is survived by his wife of 49 years, Judy Story Little; three children, Patricia (Gary) Hamilton of Tilton, Bonnie (Scott) Muse of Hillsboro, and Richard (Aimie) Little of Muncie, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Perkins, Taylor Muse, Tiffany Muse, Leland Hamilton, Courtney Hamilton, Evan Little, and Zach Guffey; and two great grandchildren, Wyatt Perkins and Gunner Dailey.
Also surviving are two sisters, Donna (Mark) Mullins of Bedford and Virginia (Darrell) Harsh of New Castle, Indiana; step mother, Beulah Little of Flemingsburg; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Ronnie was a proud Army veteran and served three years during the Vietnam War. He was a self-employed machinist and was a member of Bethany Old Regular Baptist Church in Kenova, West Virginia, where he served as moderator. Ronnie was a member of Flemingsburg Franklin Sousley VFW Post 1834 and American Legion Post No. 5. He loved spreading the word of God, spending time with his family, boating, and fishing.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Hutton Funeral Home with Brother Randall Jackson and Brother Gerald Saunders officiating. Burial will follow in Goddard Cemetery with full military honors being presented by Flemingsburg Franklin Sousley VFW Post 1834 and American Legion Post No. 5.
Pallbearers: Richard Little, Jeremy Perkins, Leland Hamilton, Taylor Muse, Ted Turner, Roy Turner, Gary Curtis, Mark Mullins, and Ken Davis.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Hutton Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
